Important Information
Under our rail operators licence regulations there are NO exceptions to the following:
- All riders must be 18 years and over.
- We are not permitted to take infants.
- All riders must weigh less than 130 kg – no refund and weigh-in.
- Book ONE railbike per two people – A railbike MUST have two riders.
- All tours must be guided with fixed daily start times as per booking calender.
- All bookings must be made through the website – no phone bookings.
If you have an odd number in your group please contact us to arrange how we can facilitate this.
All weather cancellations are fully refunded – we do not ride in the rain.
